Key Responsibilities

Support and manage relationships with a portfolio of clients, including:

Client onboarding

Implementation processes
-
Retention strategies
-
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Development to deliver an exceptional client experience

Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and senior-level client management to:

Understand customer needs
-
Drive retention and growth
-
Share insights and feedback
-
Maintain and track customer success metrics, while identifying opportunities to improve internal processes

Analyze data and prepare reports for:

Client performance reviews
-
Internal management reporting
-
Recommend strategies to increase customer lifetime value, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Prepare onboarding and activation materials to ensure smooth client implementation
