The role of Front Desk is to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for various departments to help facilitate operating efficiencies and organization. Front Desk is the first point of contact for visitors and is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while managing front desk operations.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls

Handle and resolve general inquiries via phone, email, and in person

Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages

Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, scanning, prepping documents

Maintain office supply inventory
-
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment

Assist other departments with basic clerical tasks to support overall operations
Physical Demands:

Requires extensive computer use; may also require repetitive manual tasks
Qualification/Skills/Knowledge (helpful pre-requisites):
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner

Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative

Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Strong data entry abilities

2+ years of clerical experience preferred
