Front Desk

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a welcoming, professional attitude
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with members
• Sell memberships and clearly explain offerings and benefits
• Give tours of the facility to prospective members
• Operate golf technology, including TrackMan and related systems
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with scheduling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Assist with social media content and engagement (a plus, not required)

Qualifications

• Golf background/knowledge required (playing, coaching, teaching, industry experience, knowledge)
• Strong people skills and ability to communicate confidently and professionally
• Sales-minded with comfort discussing memberships and pricing
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn golf performance technology
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Social media experience is a plus, but not necessary
