The front desk administrator is the client’s first contact when calling or visiting the clinic. Customer service and professional communication are extremely important to our success. Key responsibilities include answering telephones, greeting & checking in clients, receiving, and transmitting messages, updating client & patient records, and collecting payments. This position will work with the Lead Front Desk Administrator to perform other duties as necessary. This position will be scheduled for 10 hours a day, 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to switch days off as needed. Apply today!
