Front Desk Administrator

Job Summary
The Front Desk Administrator is responsible for administration of the operations of the Potter Park Zoological Society. This includes providing customer service to zoo guests at the membership desk, assisting Society staff with day-to-day functions, and maintaining general office operations. Hours vary by season.

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests via phone, email and in person with purchasing memberships, enrolling in education programs, payments for programs, and general questions
  • Pull VSI reports as needed
  • Provide coverage to the front desk of the Discovery Center during Zoo operational hours
  • Maintain inventory of office, program and sanitary supplies
  • Offer various forms of assistance to Society staff as needed – this may include the following; compiliing reports, checking in program participants or volunteers, updating online systems, printing and lamination, other duties as required.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
