Front Desk Administrator - Pembroke Pines, FL

Pelvic Health Solutions is hiring a full-time Front Desk Office Administrator. The position will be at our new Pembroke Pines clinic located at 17901 NW 5th Street, Suite 106
Pembroke Pines, FL 33029.

We are a rapidly growing, private practice dedicated 100% to the care and treatment of male and female pelvic floor conditions. We have multiple locations in Palm Beach Gardens, Boca Raton, Stuart, and Pembroke Pines, Florida. Pelvic Health Solutions (www.phsfl.com) emphasizes a strong evidence-based care clinical model where all patients are seen in a spa-like setting for a full hour by their therapist.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and QuickBooks for various office management tasks.
  • Support the team with clerical duties and maintain an organized office environment.
  • Assist with basic aspects of the billing process.
  • Convert patient referrals and inbound calls into scheduled patients.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of office operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, including answering phones, utilizing our electronic medical record (EMR) system, and interacting with patients.
  • Strong customer service experience with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately with patients and team members.
  • Provide support for office operations, including ordering supplies and managing laundry services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience using Prompt - electronic medical record (EMR) system (preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of medical billing software (preferred but not required).
  • Prior experience with billing and reconciliation processes (strongly preferred).
  • Knowledge or familiarity with pelvic floor physical therapy practices.
  • Experience in cold-calling or sales-related roles.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
