Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check in guests efficiently, providing a friendly and memorable arrival experience
  • Manage guest bookings, room allocations, and billing transactions accurately using the Opera system
  • Promote hotel services, upgrades, and loyalty programs such as IHG One Rewards
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain a strong understanding of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate recommendations
  • Process cash, credit, and billing transactions in compliance with hotel policies
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, concierge, and reservations teams for seamless operations
  • Monitor guest feedback, act on preferences, and ensure guest expectations are exceeded
  • Maintain personal grooming and appearance standards as a brand ambassador for InterContinental Hotels and Resorts
