Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional interactions
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism, providing solutions that exceed expectations
  • Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and room assignments to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction
  • Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies
  • Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, special requests, and incident reports for seamless service delivery
  • Assist with guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations to enhance their stay

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; hotel experience is highly preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests are a significant advantage
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures and basic accounting practices within a hospitality setting
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high-volume calls professionally
  • Passion for hospitality management, guest services, and creating welcoming environments in resort or hotel settings
