Front Desk Agent

The Bend Super 8 is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service at our hotel. The idea candidate will have a passion for hospitality and ensuring guests have a memorable experience during their stay.

Duties:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
  • Assist guests with check in and check out process efficiently
  • Handle guests inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Operate phone systems to answer calls and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Perform night audit duties to ensure accuracy in guest billing and accounting processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs effectively


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk, guest services, or hotel enviromental is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
  • Knowledge of hospitality management practices and procedures
  • Familiarity with resort operations is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
