Duties

- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through various channels, including phone and online systems.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner.
- Operate multi-line phone systems with proficient phone etiquette to manage incoming calls effectively.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting at the end of each day.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Familiarity with resort environments and guest relations best practices is a plus.
