Join our dynamic hospitality team as a dual shift Front Desk Agent, 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable guest experiences from the moment they arrive. In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and efficient check-in process while providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls appropriately
  • Handle guest requests and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions to enhance their stay
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest billing using hotel management software
  • Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, prepare reports, and ensure financial accuracy
  • Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring all guests feel valued and cared for
  • Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication standards to foster positive interactions with guests and team members

Experience

  • Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and resort operations is a plus
  • Experience in night audit procedures or hotel experience involving guest services is advantageous
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
