Front Desk Officer

Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center is seeking a well-organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/ Front Desk Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the patients, and managing appointments. The Candidate must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Occupy, manage and maintain the Front Desk.
• Dealing with Clients and visitors.
• Filing, record keeping and meeting arrangements.
• Presenting Company image in positive manner.
• Candidate must be confident, motivated and can work under multitasking environment.

Requirement:

• Minimum Intermediate or a Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution
• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using office equipment such as telephones, printers, and computers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic scheduling software.

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
