Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Check guests in and out efficiently while managing reservations.

Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.

Handle phone calls and emails, directing inquiries as appropriate.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Availability to work mid to late evenings, including weekends and holidays.

Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with reservation systems.
