Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our establishment. In this vital role, you will manage guest interactions, and ensure smooth front desk operations. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create memorable stays for our guests while supporting efficient office management. Hospitality experience preferred. Cross train on 2nd shift. Fulltime 1st shift.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and assistance throughout their stay
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule reservations, and direct calls efficiently, doing our best to answer phone by 3 rings per standard
- Handle check-in and check-out processes accurately using computer literacy skills and property management software
- Maintain organized files, perform data entry, and manage guest records with attention to detail and proofreading skills
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills
Proven experience in front desk a must
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and office software
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and customer service interactions
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Ability to maintain professionalism with strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Hospitality experience a must
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
