Seasonal Front Desk Agent – Royal Anchor Beach Resort

Royal Anchor Beach Resort is looking for a seasonal Front Desk Agent to join our team for the 2026 season. We’re a family-owned, oceanfront hotel with over 50 years of history, known for strong customer service and a loyal base of repeat guests who return year after year.

This is a great opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced beach environment alongside a close-knit, supportive team. Our front desk plays a key role in setting the tone for each guest’s stay, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a great experience.

Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, handling reservations, answering phones, assisting with rentals and parking, and helping with general guest needs throughout their stay.

Shifts range from morning to evening (lobby hours are 7:30 AM – 10:00 PM), with scheduling based on availability. Evening availability preferred; evening shifts typically offer higher earning potential.

We’re looking for someone who is positive, reliable, and comfortable multitasking in a busy setting. Strong communication skills and a genuine customer service mindset are key. No experience is required. We’re happy to train the right person.
