Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a Front Desk host to join our team at the Inn at Pasatiempo. Part time or full time work available depending on the candidate.

Provides front desk services to in house guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. Duties include greeting guests and checking them in/ out of the hotel. Assist with making guest room reservations and hotel marketing. Cash handling and bill processing of guest accounts required. Assist in providing concierge services, resolve guest problems/complaints.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Must be available to work varied shifts including nights; weekends and holidays

Full time position or flexible part time available.

Discounted meals available from onsite restaurant, holiday pay, discounted stay program at sister properties available.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
