We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Process reservations through phone systems and online platforms while ensuring accuracy in bookings.
- Conduct night audits as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests.
Experience
- Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong guest services skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and front desk operations.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances guest communication.
