We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent
(Female) to join a luxury hotel in Qatar. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a warm, professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet all guests with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the hotel’s property management system.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, concerns, and service requests to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to guarantee room readiness and address guest needs.
  • Manage guest billing and payment transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
  • Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, special requests, and complaints in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures as required.
  • Handle guest information confidentially and professionally.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or certification in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.
  • 2–3 years of front desk experience in luxury hotels is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, Cloudbeds, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
  • Professional appearance and conduct with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
  • Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
