We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent
(Female) to join a luxury hotel in Qatar. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a warm, professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet all guests with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the hotel’s property management system.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, concerns, and service requests to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to guarantee room readiness and address guest needs.
- Manage guest billing and payment transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, special requests, and complaints in accordance with hotel policies.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures as required.
- Handle guest information confidentially and professionally.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or certification in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.
- 2–3 years of front desk experience in luxury hotels is required.
- Strong working knowledge of hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, Cloudbeds, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Professional appearance and conduct with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
- Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
