Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in process
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate reservation records, check-ins, check-outs, and billing details using hotel management software
• Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure reporting accuracy
• Provide detailed guest services including concierge support, local recommendations, and special accommodations
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming atmosphere at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems is preferred
• Experience with night audit procedures
• Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction expertise
• A genuine passion for hospitality management and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Have fosse experience preferred (not Required)
• Sunday thru Thursday availability
