Front Desk Agent - Weekend Position

Front Desk Agent – Hotel (Weekend Position)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for providing excellent guest service, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.

Schedule:

  • Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Shifts available: 7 AM – 3 PM or 3 PM – 11 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform guest check-in and check-out efficiently
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
  • Follow all hotel policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, reservation systems)
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
  • Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills

Pay: $15.25 - $16.25 per hour
