Front Desk Agent – Hotel (Weekend Position)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for providing excellent guest service, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
Schedule:
- Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday)
- Shifts available: 7 AM – 3 PM or 3 PM – 11 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform guest check-in and check-out efficiently
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, reservation systems)
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills
Pay: $15.25 - $16.25 per hour
