Front Desk Agent/Concierge

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent/Concierge, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
  • Handle guest relations by resolving issues professionally and escalating concerns when necessary to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while adhering to hotel policies
  • Conduct night audits as needed to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs swiftly and effectively

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for seamless operations
  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with professionalism in handling guest inquiries and reservations
  • Strong understanding of guest services, resort operations, and hotel management principles
  • Ability to manage night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations and teamwork within a fast-paced environment
