We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document proofreading.
- Manage calendars for scheduling appointments.
- Handle correspondence and mail distribution.
- Utilize our emails for basic medical records as needed.
- Assist with office supplies inventory management and ordering.
- Support other administrative staff with various tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
