Front Desk Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our building. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for owners, guests, housekeepers and vendors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality and time menagement skills while engaging with diverse owners, guests and vendors in an upsale high rise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet owners, gusts and vendors warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Manage access point entries professionally and efficiently. Using multi-line phone systems and check in computer systems to complete all necessary verifications and owner approvals.
  • Handle houskeeper and vendor check in on a daily basis, and be able to inform them of the rules of the building and direct them to their scheduled locations.
  • Maintain accurate room and guest suite reservation calendars.
  • Coordinate with management, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet building repair and service needs promptly.
  • Maintain and generate Occupancy list as needed.
  • Record invoices and AP records for all building related expenses.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality services is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with contractors and vendors
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office software and additional access control and security programs.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
