Front Desk Associate (Growth Track to Operations Lead)

We are a long-standing gym in Columbus seeking a reliable, high-character Front Desk Associate who wants more than just a job.

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into an Operations Lead position over time.

Responsibilities:

• Member check-in and hospitality
• CRM management (lead tracking, follow-up support)
• Booking intro sessions
• Supporting daily operations and cleanliness standards
• Assisting with member communication

What We're Looking For:

• Extremely reliable and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with basic tech/CRM systems
• Interested in leadership growth

Growth Path:

Top performers will be considered for promotion into an Operations Lead role within 6–12 months.
