We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Front Desk Associate & Breakfast Server to join our team at OneSixtyFive Inn at Park Row in Brunswick, Maine.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, interacting with guests, and being part of a small, hands-on team. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless guest experience.

Schedule

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Breakfast Service + Light Front Desk)
• Afternoon/Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Front Desk + Guest Services + Pub Support)
• Candidates may apply for one or both shifts
• Weekend availability preferred

Pay

• $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
• Opportunity for tips (morning shift and when assisting in pub service)

Duties

Morning Shift (7 AM – 11 AM)

• Set up and maintain breakfast service
• Serve guests and ensure a welcoming dining experience
• Restock food and beverages
• Clean and reset breakfast area
• Provide light front desk support as needed

Afternoon/Evening Shift (2 PM – 9 PM)

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out
• Provide excellent guest service, including helping guests with directions, local recommendations, and dining options
• Act as a host-like presence, ensuring guests feel welcomed and taken care of throughout their stay
• Handle reservations, phone calls, and general front desk responsibilities
• Support overall inn operations, including maintaining common areas and assisting with guest needs
• Assist in the pub when needed, including helping with light service, running food or drinks, and supporting the team during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Friendly, professional demeanor with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills required
