Front Desk Associate

Overview
Calabro Tire is looking for one friendly individual to handle front desk responsibilities. The candidate will be face to face with customers, checking them in and out, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls. No prior experience or automotive knowledge is required. All training will be done on the job. This opening has very flexible hours, the only requirement is that the candidate can work starting at 8am on Mondays. All other hours can be discussed.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Schedule appointments via phone or email
  • Work well with staff members to make work flow throughout the day seamless
  • Check customers out and handle payments

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
