Front Desk Associate
The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and visitors. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area
- Coordinate and order catering for meetings, events, and office needs
- Schedule and manage conference room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with office supply inventory
- Support meeting coordination, including setup and cleanup
- Assist other departments with clerical tasks as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
