Front Desk Associate
The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and visitors. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area
  • Coordinate and order catering for meetings, events, and office needs
  • Schedule and manage conference room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist with office supply inventory
  • Support meeting coordination, including setup and cleanup
  • Assist other departments with clerical tasks as required
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Work Conditions:
This position operates in a professional office setting and requires prolonged periods of sitting and frequent interaction with clients and staff.
