Job Overview
Atlanta Spine Doctors is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Associate with a positive attitude and sales mindset. This is a part-time, in-person role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in supporting our office’s growth and patient experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Bilingual skills and experience with medical or insurance reception are a plus. The Front Desk Agent will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and supporting the overall efficiency of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendar appointments.
  • Make follow-up calls and patient reminders
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records or other office management software
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and organizing files
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a professional environment
  • Support bookkeeping tasks such as basic invoicing or billing as needed
  • Manage office tasks efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Recommend care plans and packages (training provided)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Bilingual abilities are preferred
  • Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
