Uptown Laser Hair Removal is seeking a warm, proactive, bilingual Guest Engagement Associate to support our guests during extended retail-style hours. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service without micromanagement.

Schedule & Status

Time Commitment: Approximately 33 hours/week
Schedule: 4 days per week
Weekdays: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:45 AM – ~3:00 PM
Saturdays worked: 2–3 per month
When you work a Saturday, you’ll have a weekday off that week

Compensation

Pay: $20–$25+/hour

-$15/hour base pay
-Plus generous performance-based bonuses

Most associates earn mid-$20s/hour, with focused staff earning $30+/hour or more. Bonuses are a meaningful part of compensation, and strong performance is consistently rewarded.

Due to rapid growth and increasing demand, we are excited to welcome an additional Guest Engagement Associate to our dynamic, supportive, and fun team.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet and engage guests in person, by phone, text, and email
Lots of texting to patients. But be able to write proficiently.
Respond promptly to scheduling inquiries and rescheduling needs
Answer basic questions and coordinate with consultation specialists or medical staff
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and focus during clinic hours
Communicate clearly and warmly in both English and Spanish
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Participate in occasional social media or marketing content as requested
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required
High school diploma required; some college preferred
Strong customer service skills with a naturally warm and welcoming demeanor
Professional, dependable, and self-directed (no micromanagement environment)
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Ability to complete detailed paperwork accurately
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must meet U.S. employment eligibility requirements
Able to pass a pre-employment background check

Our company hours are retail-style hours. Weekday hours are 9:45 AM–7:00 PM, and Saturday hours are 8:45 AM–4:00 PM. It would be great if you could work every Saturday, but what are you able to do?
