Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously
• Check guests in and out accurately using hotel management software, ensuring all details are correct
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain the front desk area’s cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Teamwork, Dependability and Commitment are a necessity.

Skills

• Proven experience in customer service within hospitality or hotel management environments
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear verbal interaction
• Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently under pressure
• Experience with guest services, guest relations, and resolving guest issues professionally
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including night audit procedures and resort operations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
