Front Desk Associate - RS

CCV is actively searching for a full-time, year-round Front Desk Associate to help assist members and guests with scheduling, court monitoring, and equipment inventory to ensure a quality racquet sports experience.

Schedule

• Full-time, working 5 shifts per week, with availability for weekends and holidays as needed. Shifts will vary between morning, afternoon, and evening to meet business needs, typically ranging from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM. Approximately 40 hours per week, depending on availability.

Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Act as a key communication link between members, racquets professionals, and management by relaying scheduling updates, program changes, and daily operational needs

• Assist in coordinating daily court assignments and program logistics to ensure efficient use of the facility and a positive member experience

• Monitor the overall flow of activity within the racquets facility, helping anticipate member needs and proactively addressing scheduling conflicts or operational issues

• Provide onboarding support for new members by explaining reservation systems, club policies, and available racquets programming

• Support tournament and event preparation by assisting with participant check-in, organizing match schedules, and helping ensure smooth day-of operations

• Help maintain accurate operational records including program participation, court utilization, and retail activity, to assist the Racquets leadership team with planning and reporting

• Serve as a reliable resource for part-time staff by helping answer operational questions and reinforcing club service standards when working together on shift

  
  

Education and/or Experience
Racquet sports retail experience or training preferred but not required.
