- Manage online, phone, and in person reservations.
- Welcome guests to the hotel, check them in, distribute room keys, and explain the hotel’s amenities.
- Take payment from customers both over the phone and in person.
- Respond to guest issues and complaints in a friendly and timely manner.
- Explain local amenities and attractions to guests.
- Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with the Choice Hotel standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
- Be aware of all rates packages and special promotions. Be familiar with all in house groups. Be aware of closed out and restricted dates.
- Must be available Holidays and Weekends
- Must have open availablility to work all shift if needed
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
