Front Desk Attendant

Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Attendant, where you'll be the welcoming face and efficient coordinator of our front office operations. As the first point of contact, you will ensure smooth daily operations by managing communications, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer support. Duties

  • Greet visitors and guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages accurately and promptly.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities including check-ins, appointment scheduling, and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and updating records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Support office management activities by organizing supplies, managing calendars, and assisting with administrative projects.
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette while supporting customer support efforts via phone or in person.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to ensure accurate record-keeping and financial documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele better.
  • Previous experience with front desk operations or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping practices such as QuickBooks is advantageous.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
