Front Desk Attendant

We are hiring for Friday & Saturday nights 3rd shift, as well as weekend & weekday 1st shifts. This role could be potentially covered by 1 person, or we might hire 2 people depending on availability. We would appreciate someone with flexibility for all shifts if another employee request off. Weekend and holiday availability is an absolute must. All training is done on 2nd shift for approximately 2 weeks before beginning your more permanent schedule.

We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. Choice advantage experience a plus.

Responsibilities

· Perform all check-in and check-out tasks

· Manage online and phone reservations

· Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data

· Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms

· Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities

· Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner

· Must be available for weekends and holidays.

Skills

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
