Front Desk Concierge

As a Concierge at Park Centre you will be responsible for the following:

• Greets residents/visitors/vendors/clients, etc. and answers their needs and directs them to desired destination.
• Assist guests with various tasks; making reservations, arranging services, etc.
• Answer incoming phone calls and responds appropriately.
• Handling incoming/outgoing mail and distributes appropriately.
• Provides outstanding customer service while fulfilling guest needs.
• Serves as an extension of the business office and may assist with tasks such as accounts payable (AP), data entry, document preparation, and other key administrative functions—while maintaining a customer-facing presence at all times.
