Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Full-Time Studio Coordinator who is confident, dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about people. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a company and eventually step into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in/out clients with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phone calls and assist with booking and client inquiries
• Recommend and manage retail product sales
• Support studio social media tasks and content creation
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with spreadsheets, Word docs, and new systems
• Positive, outgoing, and self-motivated
• Professional in both appearance and demeanor
• Emotionally intelligent and highly aware of client needs
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Genuinely interested in the aesthetics and beauty industry

Perks & Compensation:

• Comprehensive training on our services, products, and systems
• Complimentary monthly treatments
• Starting pay of $17–$19/hr, based on experience
• Full-Time, Paid Time Off after 90-day period.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
