You're experienced running a phone system for a medium-sized business, and online scheduling software for an organization. Maybe you're good with InDesign, GoogleDocs, or Excel and capable with building project documents.
And you're familiar with all the administrative tasks that need to happen within a company (shipping, ordering supplies, data entry, travel reservations, catering, etc.) and great at doing them as you know those things contribute to the company's ongoing success.

Pleasant greeter
Phones
Primary scheduling person ("Farmers Wife” is our online scheduling software)
Breakfasts & Lunches – Order/ Setup/ Cleanup for studios and location shoots
Stocking lunch room fridge, and snacks pantry
Order / Track studio supplies
Enterprise car/truck rental
FedEx account
Check in frozen food, freezer rentals
Notary (you’ll get certified)
Hotel / Travel reservations
Sports tickets tracking
Printer Ink supply / Copier machines mgmt
Keep Lobby area nice
In-Design, GoogleDocs for shoot-books, etc.
Capable with data entry

Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience. We have a company Healthcare Plan, 401K, and Profit Sharing plan.
