We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Executive and Admin Assistant to manage our front desk operations and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate should be well -organized, detail oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role is key to ensuring smooth day to day office operations and delivering a positive first impression to clients, visitors and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Responsibilities

· Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

· Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

· Manage visitor log.

· Handle incoming & outgoing correspondences, couriers and deliveries.

· Provide accurate information to clients and visitors regarding company services and contacts.

· Record all maintenance calls and update the maintenance team in a timely manner.

· Coordinate with building security and facility teams when required.

· Generate daily relevant reports in an accurate manner.

· Preparation of payment Receipts & Vouchers.

· Provide documentation support to the team as and when required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Fluency in speaking English & Hindi is mandatory.

· Proven experience as a front office executive, receptionist or admin assistant.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.)

· Strong verbal & written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational & multitasking abilities.

· Professional appearance and demeanour.

· High level of discretion and confidentiality.

· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

· Familiarity with office equipment (E.g.: Printers, scanners, phone systems etc.)

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.

· 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Work Environment:

· Office based, Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00pm
