Front Desk Coordinator – High-Performance Chiropractic Office (Not Your Typical Front Desk Role)

About This Role

Atlantic County Family Spine & Rehab is a fast-paced, high-volume chiropractic practice that runs on precision, energy, and accountability.

This is not a typical front desk position.

We are looking for someone who can keep up, take ownership, and perform under pressure while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

If you thrive in a structured, high-energy environment and take pride in staying one step ahead — you will do very well here.

If you prefer a slower pace or need constant direction, this will not be the right fit.

What the Day Actually Looks Like

• 2 doctors treating simultaneously
• 80+ patient visits per day
• Constant movement, coordination, and multitasking

You are the control center of the office — responsible for keeping everything flowing efficiently and on schedule.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume scheduling and patient flow in real time
• Check patients in and move them efficiently through the office
• Maintain control of the schedule (not just react to it)
• Collect copays and confidently communicate financial expectations
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and ready
• Support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
