FRONT DESK CUM OFFICE COORDINATOR FOR COWORKING SPACE

PREFFERED WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Front Desk cum Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and responsible for managing the front desk as well as providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate office maintenance tasks.
  • Support admin with filing, employee records, and other clerical duties.
  • Ensure the front desk and reception area are tidy and presentable.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a sales and administrative role is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Real estate dealings preferred.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD250.000 - BD400.000 per month
