Hotel Front Office & Guest Services Staff

Manama, Bahrain

Join prestigious 5-star hotels as part of the Front Office and Guest Services team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Check-in/check-out guests efficiently.
  • Answer guest queries and provide concierge assistance.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
  • Handle reservations, room allocations, and billing.
  • Resolve guest complaints professionally.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hotel front office or guest services.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera).
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
