Guest Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to provide accurate information to guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Supervise front desk operations when necessary, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the hotel management system.
• Promote hotel services and upsell additional offerings to enhance the guest experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, particularly within a hotel environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Supervising experience is an asset, showcasing leadership capabilities in managing front desk operations.
• Familiarity with human resources practices can be beneficial for team collaboration and support.
