We are seeking a dynamic and welcoming Front Desk Guest Services professional to join our Salon team. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently
• Check guests in and out using salonmanagement software, ensuring accuracy and speed
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach
• Coordinate with hair artists and apprentices and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly
• Balancing daily report accounts and preparing reports for management
• Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information meticulously to ensure smooth operations

• Strong background in customer service and guest services.

• Opening and closing of salon
• Ability to handle client conflict confidently when needed
