Front Desk & Medical Sales position - 1099 (DME)

We are looking for a front desk & medical sales role to fill in our office (Houston, TX)

If you have experience in medical billing & coding and know how to bring in patients, referrals, and business, this role is built for you. This position offers strong earning potential for individuals who are confident, proactive, and results-driven.

Compensation (Performance-Based)

• Base Pay + HIGH Commission Structure
• 10% commission on gross sales
• Unlimited earning potential — the more business you bring, the more you earn

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage front desk operations and patient interaction
• Handle calls, scheduling, and insurance verification
• Work with billing software and patient records
• Actively generate business through:
• Calls
• Referrals
• Networking with clinics and providers
• Build relationships and grow our patient base
• Support overall office operations

Schedule

• Typically 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 5 days/week (flexible based on performance)

Requirements (Strict)

• Experience in medical billing & coding (required)
• Must be comfortable with sales and bringing in business
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED
• DME or healthcare experience is a strong plus
