Front Desk Officer

Our company, a well-established Group of Companies engaged in diverse government projects, is seeking a professional and confident Front Desk Officer (Female) to join our team.

As the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, this role requires an individual with a warm personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to represent the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor records and front-desk security protocols.
  • Assist with administrative support tasks when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication flow.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Female candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a front-desk, reception, or customer service role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
