A well reputed Solar Systems Organisation situated at DHA Phase-II, Islamabad, requires 02 x Front Desk Officers with 2 years experience in a company setup. Candidate must be Graduate having good command on MS EXCEL. Preference will be given to the nearby residents like DHA, BAHRIA, Chaklala Schemes, Ghauri town, PWD colony, Katchari etc (Rawalpindi/Islamabad).

Front Desk Officers initially will be hired for a probation period of 2-3 month. After successful completion of training period, selected candidates will be offered permanent positions in the company and other regular benefits like, bonuses, gratuity, pension, medical, sale incentive, annual leaves, promotions, annual increments, etc, as per company policies and procedures. You are generally performs the following activities under an experienced team member supervision:

Job Descriptions/ Requirements:

  • Candidates must be graduate and good command on MS EXCEL.
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Receiving, sorting and distribute daily mail/deliveries to concern departments.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Maintain in and out records of products, supplies of company
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, personnel file and hr activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs28,000.00 - Rs32,000.00 per month
