Front Desk Officer

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Summary:

The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for candidates and clients at the recruitment agency. The role involves managing front desk operations, receiving incoming calls, handling walk-in candidates, and supporting recruitment coordination activities in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, attend, and transfer incoming calls from candidates and clients professionally.
  • Greet walk-in candidates and visitors; guide them regarding interviews, documentation, and processes.
  • Maintain candidate visit logs and front desk records.
  • Handle inquiries related to job openings, interview schedules, and recruitment procedures.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and documents.
  • Coordinate with recruitment consultants and HR team for daily activities.
  • Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and basic administrative tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Intermediate (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Front Desk Officer or Receptionist (recruitment/HR agency preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls and walk-in candidates efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
