Job Description

Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for an organization, responsible for welcoming visitors, handling calls, managing front office operations, and ensuring a professional workplace experience. The role supports administration, communication, and coordination across departments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and maintain professional front office etiquette
  • Handle incoming calls and route appropriately
  • Manage visitor records, passes, and appointments daily
  • Coordinate with departments for visitor assistance needs
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentability
  • Handle courier, mail, and document distribution tasks
  • Support administrative and clerical office activities
  • Ensure security protocols for visitors are followed.

  • Basic computer skills and office software knowledge
