Front Desk Officer

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Front desk & reception duties which includesGreet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner, managing the reception area, Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries; coordinate outgoing couriers, manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for guests).

Administrative support (General administrative support to the admin, attendance & daily evaluation sheets, manage office supplies, assist in coordinating office events and meetings, regular inspections to ensure office cleanliness and hygiene, handle basic correspondence and prepare documents).

Sales Data Compilation & Reporting Support (assist the Sales team by accurately entering sales data, customer information, compile and organize sales reports, summaries).

Day-End Reporting (Compile and prepare a comprehensive end-of-day report for management including visitor and guest log summary, key call metrics, daily mail and courier log, any notable office or operational issues, finance related tasks, client lists for sales events, daily real estate reporting).

Ad-hoc tasks as per requirements.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
