Front Desk Officer for Empire Fitness Gym

Empire Fitness is a premium fitness studio built around strength, discipline, and lifestyle. We’re looking for a Front Desk Officer who will be the face of our gym by welcoming members with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy.

What You’ll Do

• Greet members and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive and professional first impression at all times
• Manage member check-ins, membership sign-ups, and renewals accurately and efficiently
• Answer phone calls, messages, and in-person inquiries regarding classes, schedules, services, and membership plans
• Upsell training programs, memberships, and relevant gym services when appropriate
• Assist in promoting ongoing offers, packages, and campaigns at the front desk
• Process payments, issue receipts, and address basic billing questions or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of memberships, payments, and daily front desk activity
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area and shared gym spaces
• Ensure front desk materials, forms, and displays are well-stocked and presentable
• Coordinate with trainers, management, and staff regarding schedules, client needs, and operational updates
• Escalate member concerns or issues to management in a timely and professional manner
• Represent the gym professionally and ethically at all times, both on and off the premises
• Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance and wear designated staff attire during working hours
• Attend all mandatory staff meetings and training sessions

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or front desk roles
• Strong communication skills and a polished appearance
• Confident, friendly, and approachable personality
• Basic computer skills and ability to manage scheduling systems
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
